Named after the pioneering Elizabeth Garrett Anderson, The Anderson programme was created in collaboration with the NHS to turn experienced managers into the vanguards of healthcare innovation. Who is it for?

Current leaders within the NHS who hold a Band 7 position or higher. Must have at least three years of managerial experience (five if you don't hold a degree) who are eager to wield their influence across larger departments and more intricate projects. What is the outcome from the apprenticeship (qualification and skills gained)?

You will earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Senior Healthcare Leadership with the option to progress to an MBA distinction.
